The Story of Baba

The summer of 2010, when I took over grilling duties at Mom’s house, was the moment I fell in love with cooking. That led to hours of cooking shows, like MasterChef, and hours in the kitchen learning, perfecting techniques, and experimenting with flavors over the years. My love of hot sauce, the neglect of certain ingredients, and the absence of flavor from commercial hot sauces led me to create my own sauces.

Savory Baba makes everything in small batches from our kitchen in Union City, New Jersey. We use local ingredients and businesses to support our operation. While you won’t see us join the hot new trend in hot sauce flavors, we will be providing the exotic flavors they’re afraid to make.

All of our ingredients are fresh and our recipes are carefully crafted. Natural ingredients and much more than just hot peppers and vinegar. Our sauce is a flavor burst before the kick comes in.

We want to give our customers delicious sauce that will replace their usual favorite. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that hot sauce doesn't just have to be spicy, it can be flavorful too.
