My personal favorite, GuavaBaba brings a flavor that isn’t regularly available in the hot sauce world. Habanero and Pink Guava have great flavor profiles on their own, but together they are amazing. First, the Pink Guava will welcome you with its amazing, sweet flavor, then the Habanero comes in at the end with a pleasant kick. Spicy and Sweet nicely balanced, but teamed with other ingredients to provide more flavor.
Our hottest sauce (for now) that features 5 different peppers, with the headliner being Habanero. Dried Cranberries start the journey pleasantly, before the 5 peppers come in for a visit at the end. Nicely balanced and full of flavor, it goes well with soup, chicken, beef, seafood, and whatever you like with hot sauce (everything for me).
Made for those that can’t handle too much spice, this is our mild sauce. Jalapeño leads the flavor ride with HoneyDew as a passenger. The HoneyDew provides a mellow, unique taste to this sauce that keeps the Jalapeño’s heat in check. Great for anything you like to eat, but would especially shine on Mexican food.
